Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)

IMDB LINK

Mathew Broderick, Ben Stein, and a quest spot by a young Charlie Sheen.

Comedy that stands the test of time.  Like a good old Kate Hepburn movie, this will stand the test of time.

Carpe Diem....Broderick teaches us all to enjoy each day.  Stop and smell the flowers.

Not an award winner, not a flick that was going to sweep the Oscars, but a movie that has stayed relevant, made its way onto the AFI top 400 movies of the past 100 years.  So there.

Go buy or rent this and laugh your butt off.

I recommend watching it with some teens in highschool, greade 11 or 12.  They get it more than you will if your over 30.  Adults are sucky, commercialist, unobservant, sneaky or materialistic snobs.
