Where do i begin, Tom Hanks is my generations ACTOR. He not only performs he becomes that role.
This is no exception.
Amazing and moving film, that reflects a bigotry that was so rampant in that era.
The performance rises up and above the time/period it is trapped in.
Like all great actors, his role comes off the screen and moves you to feel for the man, regardless of the era it is set in.
A must see.
Can watch it anytime.
